PIB Bill May Become Law Before 2014 – Senator

Sen. Nkechi Nwaogu, Chairman, Senate Committee on Oil and Gas Resource, said that she was optimistic that the Petroleum Industry Bill (PIB) would be assented to before the end of 2013.
