Ogun State Government says it is open to suggestions, innovations and ideas from tertiary institutions that could add value to the rebuilding efforts of the present administration in the state.
The State Governor, Senator Amosun made the promise in Abeokuta while receiving the delegation from the Federal University of Agriculture Abeokuta (FUNAAB), led by its Acting Vice Chancellor, Professor Ololade Enikuomehin.
The Governor commended the management of the institution on its innovations at maintaining its standard as well as identifying with the programmes of government, assuring that his administration would also key into the agricultural initiatives of the institution.
Earlier, Professor Enikuomehin had explained that the visit was to inform the governor on the forthcoming combine convocations of the institution just as he commended the giant strides of senator Amosun-led government at repositioning the economy through agriculture.
Enikuomehin solicited the assistance of the governor on the rehabilitation of the road leading to the school which he said had become a major challenge to the institution.
